No irrevocable donation, neither in whole nor in part, will be accepted if the donation would endanger the financial security of the donor under reasonable circumstances.
mafianeindanke e.V. does not advise on taxation or any other handling of donations and asks donors to contact a professional tax advisor.
mafianeindanke e.V. accepts donations of cash or listed securities. Contributions in kind are accepted at the discretion of mafianeindanke e.V..
All other donations, such as real estate, personal property, donations in kind, illiquid securities and deposits whose origin is not transparent or whose use is restricted in any way, must be checked before acceptance due to the special obligations or the associated responsibility for mafianeindanke e.V..
mafianeindanke e.V. appreciates donations and gifts to the association which meet the tax requirements. With the exception of cash and listed securities, however, no receipt or other form of proof will be issued for a donation received from mafianeindanke e.V..
mafianeindanke e.V. respects both the wish of an earmarked donation and the donor’s wish to remain anonymous. With regard to anonymous donations, mafianeindanke e.V. limits the information about the donor only to those members or employees who need to know this for processing.
mafianeindanke e.V. will not compensate third parties who forward a gift or a donor to mafianeindanke e.V. with commissions, agency fees or other means.
